Usama was born in Iraq. He was the son of Peter Affan and Kamala Qopi.

He is survived by his:
Wife, Joanne Georges
2 Children: 1 Son & 1 Daughter
Son, Ray
Daughter, Marian
3 Grandchildren

The Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 20th, 2022 at 11:00 am in St. Peter Chaldean Catholic Cathedral 1627 Jamacha Way El Cajon, CA 92019.

The Graveside Services will be at Singing Hills Memorial Park in El Cajon, CA on April 20th, 2022 at 12:00 pm.

The Celebration of Life will follow at St. Peter's Church Hall located at 1627 Jamacha Way El Cajon, CA 92019.
