To one of my favorite Son-in Laws! My husband and I knew Jeff was a keeper the first time we met him! He was every Mothers dream for her daughter to marry. He was loving, caring, gentle and loved our daughter. Jeff was very soft spoken, so you listened closely because he a had a great sense of humor. He was the Dave Barry of Lakeside! Jeff was also so very intelligent, what a shame he’s gone as he had so much more to do in his lifetime. He was a good husband to Dorothy, Dad to William and Christina and Master to umpteen animals. You will be missed everyday by all of us and may God keep you in the palm of his hands. Lovingly, Your Mother-in Law.

My deepest sympathies to all of Jeff’s family. I know he will be greatly missed. I fondly remember him as our section leader in our high school band. We laughed a lot, and he was fun to be around. I always respected him as a real gentleman and very smart guy. Larry Hoyme

Blessed with having the most kindest and thoughtful brother in-law, Jeff was a loving Dad, husband and a brilliant engineer. He is so sadly missed but will remain always in our thoughts and prayers. Having Jeff a part of the family will be treasured forever. Our deepest sympathy and love to Dorothy, William & Christina. Rest in peace Jeff. Dean, Chris Justin Balzarini.

A shocking tragedy. Jeff was the oldest of 5 children of the Don and Marilyn Young family, setting him as the standard bearer for the family. He was very gifted and his family ALWAYS held him in high regards. A sudden loss sadly leaves many deeds undone, and many words unspoken. May he rest in peace. Our thoughts and prays go out to his family.
