Born on June 10, 1954, to Marjorie and Ken DeVaney in Corcoran, California. He married Julie Zimmerman on September 5, 2015, who survives him. Jeff had a degree in international business and an interest in farming in Belize. This project, among others, was his life’s work and a reflection of his entrepreneurial spirit, love of farming and dedication to finding solutions.
Jeff lived life to its fullest. His love for travel and adventure followed him to his last days. He enjoyed cooking, gardening, bicycle riding and spending time at the gym. His culinary talents include homemade pizza and baking cookies. He loved entertaining and chatting with friends while enjoying wine and storytelling around the BBQ. His hearty laugh, sense of humor and quick wit leave a long-lasting memory that will live on forever.

A celebration of life will be held in his memory to be determined at a later date.
