Fauad was born in Iraq. He was the son of Zaki Sliwa and Sabiha Jerjis.

Wife, Suada Hanna Hirmiz
6 Children: 3 Sons, and 3 Daughters
Sons; Haetham, Louay, and Maetham
Daughters; Heyam, Lamia, and Hauada
11 Grandchildren
6 Siblings: 3 Brothers, and 3 Sisters
The Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 9th, 2022 at 10:00 am in St. Michael Chaldean Catholic Church 799 E. Washington Rd. El Cajon, CA 92020, with Graveside Services to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in San Diego, CA.
The family will be hosting a reception from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Babylon Palace 456 Magnolia Ave El Cajon, CA 92020.
