Life Story for Albert D Quihuis

Albert Daniel Quihuis, age 40, died of multiple sclerosis complications on May 23, 2020, at his home on the Campo Indian Reservation, Campo California.

Bert is survived by his wife Linda, daughters Juanita and Jeanette, sons Albert Jr and Danton; his father Al; his sisters Estella, Monica, Alicia, Angel, Andrea, Shenelle and Tami; his brothers Ruben, Daniel, David, Phillip, Bowie, Carlos and Tommy; his nieces Angelica, Josephina, Leilani, Allonna, Bianca, Lana, Deziray, Jayna, Gianna, Ysabel, Andrea, Victoria, Mia, Marley, Lucille, Inori, Annalea, Honey and Angel; his nephews Kenny, Amias, Benjamin, Warren, Henry, Selby, Mekhi, Josiah, Julian, Krux, Lakai, Matthew, Ian, Lucas, and Arrow.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Jeanette M. Chavez.

Bert was born on June 17, 1979 in San Diego, California, to parents Albert V. Quihuis and Jeanette Chavez. In 2003, he moved from Lemon Grove to Campo, where he lived for 17 years.
Bert was a great family man and a loving father. He married Linda Soto in 2010 and the couple had four children.

Bert was a loving man who was deeply involved in his children's lives for the majority of his life until he got sick. He enjoyed his eating, music, watching movies, his herbs and drinking beer. His family and friends will always remember him as a loyal person who made life long bonds.

A wake is scheduled for 6pm Friday May 29, 2020 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church located at 36190 Church Road, Campo CA 91906 with the burial to follow Saturday May 30, 2020 at the same location at 10am. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Bert’s life. The family would like to thank everyone for their condolences and prayers.
